Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
In the first instance, you must notify Dogs About Town at woof@dogsabouttown.co.uk
Cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been processed but we cannot guarantee this and you will need to contact us without delay. Once a return or cancellation has been agreed, any required refund or chargeback will be processed by Dogs About Town Limited.
If your dog has gone off some flavours and you would like to swap we can usually accommodate this. All food to be exchanged must be in the condition in which it was delivered and must have been placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery and be fully frozen when we collect it. We cannot exchange any food that has been allowed to thaw, or has been opened or the packaging damaged.
